QR codes are the easiest way for your guests to access the GuestGoodie app. With the integrated QR code generator, you create professional QR codes adapted to your hotel for various applications - from room QR codes to special goodie promotions.
Overview

You'll find the QR Code Generator in the sidebar under "QR Codes". Here you can:
- Customize design: Shape, color, logo and text
- Set destination: Where the QR code leads
- Specific codes: For rooms, goodies or areas
- Instant download: As PNG file (800x800px)
Understanding QR Code Destinations

App Areas
Feed
- Leads directly to the GoodieFeed
- Usage: Reception, flyers, general promotion
Goodies Pages
- Leads to the categories area of the app
- Usage: When guests should discover offers
Guest Area
- Leads to the personal area (calendar, bookings)
- Usage: For already registered guests
Login Methods
Login with Room
- Room number is pre-filled
- Guest only needs to enter last name
- Ideal for: QR codes in rooms
Direct Login
- Guest is automatically logged in
- Only use per reservation! (security)
- Ideal for: Personalized check-in documents

Goodie QR Codes
- Leads directly to the detail page of a specific goodie
- Important: Goodie must be assigned to a category
- Usage: Special promotion of individual offers

- Usage: Placed in each room
Create QR Code
Step 1: Set Design
Choose QR Style:
- Shape: Square, circle
- Dots: Elegant, dots, square, rounded
- Corners: Elegant, dot, square
- Corner dots: Elegant, dot, square
- Color: Choose freely (by default this is your brand color)

Step 2: Logo and Text
With Logo
- Activated: Your hotel logo is automatically inserted
- Uses the logo from your Branding Settings
With Text
- Room QR codes: Shows the room number
- Goodie QR codes: Shows the goodie title
Step 3: Select Destination
Set Type:
- Feed: General access
- Goodie: Select specific goodie from dropdown
- Login with room: Select room number or "All rooms"
Step 4: Download
Single QR Code:
- Click "Download QR Code"
- PNG file (800x800px) is downloaded
All Room QR Codes:
- Select "All rooms" for login with room
- All QR codes are downloaded individually (not as PDF)
- Each code with corresponding room number
