Connecting Your PMS

Connecting your Property Management System (PMS) with GuestGoodie enables automatic synchronization of your hotel data. Once connected, rooms, guests, and reservations are kept up-to-date in real-time, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring your team always works with current information.

What Gets Synchronized

When you connect your PMS to GuestGoodie, the following data is automatically synced:

  • Rooms: All your room numbers, room types, and if supported, the room's cleanliness status
  • Guests: Guest information and contact details
  • Stays/Reservations: Check-in and check-out dates, reservation status

Real-time Updates: If your PMS supports it, changes are synced immediately. This means when a new reservation is made or a guest checks in, the information is instantly available in GuestGoodie. Otherwise, we synchronize every 3 minutes.

Once your PMS is successfully connected:

  • Automatic Sync: Data begins synchronizing immediately
  • Real-time Updates: Changes in your PMS are reflected in GuestGoodie (if supported by your PMS)
  • No Manual Entry: Guest information, room assignments, and reservations are automatically maintained
